LTP MPG Sealer – Polished Marble, Porcelain & Granite Sealer

LTP MPG Sealer is a high‑performance, colourless impregnating sealer formulated for polished marble, porcelain, granite, and encaustic surfaces. Designed for interior use, it protects without altering the natural polished finish, making it ideal for high‑end floors, walls, countertops, and fireplaces. Its deep‑penetrating formula helps reduce staining and makes ongoing maintenance easier.

How to Apply

1. Ensure the surface is completely clean and dry.
2. Remove any factory‑applied waxes or sealers before application.
3. Apply a thin, even coat using a soft cloth, applicator pad, or sponge.
4. Within 20 minutes, buff the surface thoroughly with a clean dry cloth or buffing machine.
5. Allow to dry for 4 hours.
6. For more porous surfaces, apply a second coat using the same method.
7. Always remove excess sealer and buff well between coats.
8. Avoid temperatures above 25°C and ensure underfloor heating is off.
9. Over‑application may leave a greasy residue; remove using white spirit or a small amount of sealer, then buff immediately.

Treated areas are walkable after 4 hours and fully resistant after 3 days.

Coverage

Approximately 10–30 m² per litre, depending on surface porosity.

Aftercare

• Use LTP Porcelain Floor Tile Cleaner for floors
• Use LTP Stonewash for walls
• For stubborn marks, use LTP Grimex (re‑sealing may be required afterward)
• Avoid strong bleach‑based cleaners

Storage & Safety

• Store in a cool, dry, frost‑free environment
• Shelf life: up to 4 years (unopened)
• Flammable liquid and vapour
• Harmful if swallowed; may cause dizziness
• Use only in well‑ventilated areas
• Keep away from heat and ignition sources
• Wear protective gloves and eye protection
• Keep out of reach of children
