How It Works

EcoProtec Ultimate Sealer penetrates deeply into the surface to create a breathable, protective barrier that repels water, oil, grease, and dirt. By reducing moisture absorption and efflorescence, the sealer helps maintain the appearance and durability of stone and paving surfaces. Instructions for Use

Preparation

1. Ensure the surface is completely clean, dry, and free from dirt, grime, cement, and grout.
2. Remove surface salts using EcoProtec Intensive Cleaner diluted 1:5.
3. Scrub with a nylon pad or deck brush.
4. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry for 24 hours.

Application

1. Shake the bottle before use.
2. Apply evenly using a foam roller, brush, or light pressure sprayer.
3. On absorbent surfaces, apply additional coats at hourly intervals until fully saturated.
4. On vertical surfaces, apply from the bottom up and wipe drips immediately.
5. Do not apply in temperatures below 5°C or above 25°C.
6. Always test on a small area to determine the optimal number of coats.

Notes

• Saturation is achieved when an even layer remains visible after 20 minutes.
• Clean tools with water after use.
