Shelber Sealer ECO PLUS S1337 is a high‑performance water‑based impregnating sealer designed for all types of natural stone and concrete paving. Developed using an Ecoprotec Patio Sealer base, this advanced formula penetrates deeply into the surface, forming a long‑lasting water‑repellent barrier that protects against staining, moisture absorption, oil, grease, and environmental contaminants.

Suitable for both horizontal and vertical surfaces, S1337 enhances the natural appearance of stone with a subtle, refined finish while allowing the surface to breathe. It is ideal for high‑traffic areas, architectural concrete, facades, and outdoor paving exposed to harsh weather conditions.

How to Apply

1. Ensure the surface is completely clean, dry, and free from dirt, cement, or residues.
2. Pre‑clean using ECOPROTEC Intensive Cleaner (1:5) and rinse thoroughly.
3. Allow the surface to dry for 24 hours.
4. Shake the container well before use.
5. Apply evenly using a foam roller, brush, or light‑pressure sprayer.
6. For more absorbent surfaces, apply additional coats at hourly intervals until fully saturated.
7. On vertical surfaces, apply from bottom to top and wipe drips immediately.
8. Avoid application in temperatures below 5°C or above 25°C.
9. Allow treated surfaces to dry naturally.

Tip: Saturation is achieved when a thin, even layer remains visible after 20 minutes.

• Honed surfaces: Up to 120 m²
• Medium porosity: Up to 80 m²
• High porosity: Up to 40 m²

Aftercare

• Clean tools with water after use
• Maintain surfaces with mild, stone‑safe cleaners
• Reapply as needed depending on traffic and porosity
• Sealing newly cleaned surfaces helps prevent future algae, mould, and moisture penetration

• Store in a cool, dry, frost‑free environment
• Keep container locked and sealed
• Shelf life: Up to 2 years (unopened)
