Installation Guidelines

1. Mono Pin Installation (Mechanical Core-Drill)

2. Mark hole positions using a standardized UAE tactile drilling template.

3. Core-drill holes into the substrate to the specified depth.

4. Clean holes thoroughly using compressed air and wire brushes to remove dust.

5. Inject high-strength epoxy resin adhesive into each hole.

6. Insert the SS316L mono pin studs firmly into place and align. Allow 12–24 hours full curing time.

7. 3M Self-Adhesive Installation (Surface Mount)

8. Ensure the floor substrate (marble, granite, tile) is completely smooth, dry, and free of dust or oils.

9. Clean the surface thoroughly using isopropyl alcohol or acetone.

10. Peel off the protective 3M VHB adhesive backing strip.

11. Position the stud onto the layout grid and press down firmly using a rubber mallet or firm hand pressure.

12. Keep the area free from heavy traffic and moisture for 24 hours to ensure a full adhesive bond.
